but the global variables which are declared in a file named Globals.h, are not being properly adjusted. if I include Globals.h in more than one files the compiler gives an error of multiple declaration and if I do not includ the Global.h in some files the error is thrown undefined symbol..... in that file.

this is described about chapter 3 (very early) in any decent C bookand has nothing to do with banling
