Indeed, I have noticed this fact at Keil forum For me it looks like Atmel tried renaming of Temics devices at second generation completely. It seems they have planed, for example, T89C51RD2 be renamed as AT89S64. As for now, Atmel`s version of this Temics derivative is named AT89C51RD2. But due some reason this process was stoped.
