This is for the first time i'm working in the graphic LCD.Let me explain my doubt clearly.In my project previously they were using the Character LCD.The basic operation in the project is controlling the system, based on the comparison of the setting value and the current existing value of a parameter. Here,the set value is given by the user before monitoring the parameter for its current value.
In the case of character LCD the cursor automatically blinks in the location, where we are going to write the new character(set value).Similarly I want the cursor to blink in the location where the user is in need to enter the set value of the parameter.I'm using keypad to enter the set value of the parameter.
I can write the cursor line at the particular location.But what happens is the character, I'm writing gets mixed with the cursor line.So,I want the cursor to blink before entering the value at that location. After entering the value,the cursor should be cleared.
suggest me the routine/flow of the code i've to follow.
