#112130 - SILabs small derivatives Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Thanks Erik,
In the past I have used SILabs chips (F020, F005) in some projects, but in small quantities and I liked them. So I did considered using them. However, their price vs performance (for this project) ratio is not favorable to LPC935. Only one or two chips were closer to the requirements but the cost is high. I am working out with the local distributor for a good price and I am not sure at this point of time. In fact I have all the tools for debugging the SILabs chips, except for the chosen chip target board and that is not a issue. How are you handling the programming the chip for large qty? using in-house or out source? Any suggestions on the other issues in the original posting? |
