I have selected Omni-vision CMOS camera and function of My project is to take Photograph and not a video. using MCU and send this picture as MMS. I will capture the picture frame sore in 40K SRAM I may use QVGA or may be QQVGA.I am selected si labs 100MHz mcu which give almost 100MIPS.
