It does show that by using sbit instead of the "regular" extern bit it is possible.
That, however has the caveat of assigning absolute bit addresses, which is a pain when sitting down. If you work with 47 diffrent builds of "the same" code and the bits used is not constant, assigning absolute bit addresses becomes combersome and risky.
