Pseudo-C = one of the many variations of C, having just enough differences that you have to relearn the whole darn thing.
There is nothing pseudo about it. It is ANSI C with extensions. There is very little to learn about C extensions, but a lot to learn about the addressed architecture. I do agree the Cidiots that state "C is C" and refuse to take the addressed architecture into consideration ("that is too much work") will have a hard time and most likely never get to the goal.
