#107068 - if you are looking for "the best" then I Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I just using Ceibo I buy 7 month ago, I buy in Italy and I pay 1600 Euro, and it is not the best, I have also Easy Pack Micetek, more expensive, but more better.
It would be helpful if you would a) state model b) state what you are looking for (e.g. the Ceibo did not show ..., the Easy Pack did not do..., I would like to see...) if you are looking for "the best" then I would suggest you have a look at Lauterbach. I have, in the '51 world, never had a budget for that brand, but for other processors I have used them and they are second to none. In the '51 world, the "best" I have used has been Nohau, but their response to bugs stink (will be fixed in next release) - OR "did stink", things change. However, I must tell this anecdote: At a time the Nohau was incredibly slow in all aspects but the obvious (running the emulation at clock speed) and when I complained to Olli (the (then?) president of Nohau) he replaced the developers "super" PCs with "normal" (slower) versions so they could see what they were doing. I do, at this time work with multiple processors (= multiple ICEs) and thus must go for value for money and there I think Ceibo shines. Erik |
