#106706 - feed data to i/o port |
hi,
I am building a prototype of an RFID reader. the reader consists of an interface to PC via RS232, so I decided to use the microcontroller board (80515a) directly from school. I want to know how can I read data (26kbps baud rate) from 8051 i/o port? the data frame is 80 bits and it is out of an rfid demodulator. my micro controller board has a clock of 12MHz and one machine cycle is therefore 1MHz. i.e. 1us minimum sample time. but i need a 38.5us sample time. could timing be a problem in my case? Thanks. |
