Hi Mahmood, this is related with you hardware:
I saw your PCB(good work), and the LCD has pins on the lower left corner! In the LCDs which I use, the pins are on upper left corner. Is there different pin position for same 44780 controller? If I connect my LCD module like what you did, then I would see the characters upside down! Please look at my module!
