The specific data you require can be found on the intel data sheets, most flash eeproms use the same programming sequence, i think your device requires 5v and 12v (29XXXX devices use only 5v).

If you want to do ISP (in system programming) forget it, look at the Waferscale PSD8XXXX devices - link was on this site somewhere. I say this because i designed a ISP FLASH system using a 49F010 device, and then discovered the PSD, result - abandon my old design.
