Which method are you refering to? The one I described works perfectly. I worked it out from an app note of Intersil. This was originally for the ICL7109, which is a 12 bit parallel bus ADC and I did not have that many lines free. I make complete DPMs by this technique, display scanned by uC.
Some datasheet and app notes that company had! I was never stuck in any problem for long. Our test jigs based on these app notes were good at catching sub standard devices. |
