I did forgot , i just only mentioned TTL's but i also meant the CMOS family HC/HCT,etc and CMOS 40xx family.
In asking this question i don't mean the fan-out/in loadings ,but i mean the resistive load capability (Ioh , Iol).in example drving LEDs or so. CMOS'es have a very good driving capability comparting to TTL devices. Farshid |
