#101485 - RF Problems Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The RF issues can be quite severe. A few years back, a friend of mine implemented a "wasted spark" solid state ignition for an old Porsche 911 using a PIC chip. He took to testing it around town, and started having trouble with it dying unexpectedly on the freeway. Turns out his chip was getting hammered into a spurious reset by truckers running illegal CB amplifiers! Rob |
