Erik, your point is noted, this was the intention, that the I2C port would be "reconfigured" as vanilla IO before using the "OLD" SCL line as a bit banged clock for the SPI.
In this manner I should be able to keep a track of the clocks, then when I am done with SPI, I reconfigure the port back to being an I2C I Hope this is the correct interpretation of what you mentioned. Regards Marshall |
