Thanks for the ideas you told me.
Because I wanted to do it with parts "in stock" I refreshed my basic electronic knowledge and did it with 4 standard transistors. I connected the portpins with a 100kR resistor to the Base, the emitter direct to the ground and the collector with a 150R resistor which is connected with the LED. And all LEDs have a common Vcc.
