What I understood is this--------

I just need to connect /rd line of micro to /ior of UART ;

and /wr line of micro to /iow of UART.

I can't get this--------
Do I need to use PSEN line along with /rd or /wr of micro to generate /ior and /iow signals to be connected to UART.
